Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ProspectRadar collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. ProspectRadar is a prospecting and outreach tool for managed service providers (MSPs), built by TechnAcuity Inc. ("TechnAcuity," "we," "us").

In short: we collect the account and business-prospect data needed to run the service, we never sell your data, and any GoHighLevel data we access is used only to sync your own prospects into your own account — never shared across customers.

1. Information we collect

Account information	Email address, hashed password, company name
Subscription & billing	Plan tier, usage counts, and billing status — payment details themselves are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers
Prospect data	Publicly available business information returned by AI-powered search (business name, address, phone, website, rating, review count) and, if you enable Hunter.io enrichment, publicly associated contact names/emails
GoHighLevel data	If you connect your GoHighLevel account, we access only the Contacts and Opportunities scopes needed to sync prospects you choose to push — we do not read your existing GHL data beyond what's needed to create these records
Usage data	Which features you use and how often, to enforce plan limits and improve the product

2. How we use this information

To provide the core service: searching for prospects, scoring them, generating outreach content, and producing reports
To sync prospect records into your GoHighLevel account when you request it
To process subscription billing through Stripe
To enforce usage limits associated with your subscription plan
To maintain, secure, and improve the service

3. Third-party services we use

ProspectRadar is built on top of a small number of trusted infrastructure providers, each of which processes a limited slice of data strictly to perform their function:

Hunter.io	Optional email/contact enrichment for prospects you look up
Stripe	Payment processing and subscription billing
GoHighLevel	CRM sync, only when you explicitly connect your account
Render	Application and database hosting

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your prospects' information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text
All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Sessions are authenticated via signed tokens with a limited lifetime
Database access is credentialed and restricted to the application backend

5. GoHighLevel-specific data handling

When you connect ProspectRadar to GoHighLevel, we request the following scopes, used exactly as described:

contacts.write / contacts.readonly — to create Contact records in your GHL location from prospects you choose to push
opportunities.write / opportunities.readonly — to create Opportunities in a pipeline you select, and to let you choose which pipeline/stage to use

Your GoHighLevel access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to act on your own connected location. We never access or aggregate data across different customers' GoHighLevel accounts.

6. Data retention

We retain account and prospect data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 30 days (in case you wish to reactivate) and then deleted, except where retention is required for legitimate business records (e.g. billing history).

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below. If you're located in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA), we will honor applicable requests consistent with those laws.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
